- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at entry points
- Provide exceptional customer service and information assistance
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team members
- Assist with equipment management and inventory control
- Complete shift reports and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service or event preferred
- Must pass basic background check
- Flexible to work early morning/late night shifts
- Basic knowledge of Austin event venues helpful
