Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues (tables, chairs, decorations)
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees
- Assist with food/beverage service at catered events
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event plans
- Report issues and maintain venue cleanliness
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility with event hours (typically 8am-8pm)
