Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance at events
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols
- Set up/breakdown event infrastructure and signage
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Monitor entry points and ticket scanning
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Report operational issues to on-site managers
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays & Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work multiple event locations
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-ins
- No prior event experience required (training provided)
