Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-in and registration processes for weekend events
- Manage vendor setups and ensure compliance with venue regulations
- Oversee crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during peak hours
- Train and supervise part-time staff during weekend shifts
- Handle cash operations and point-of-sale transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local area knowledge
- Conduct post-event breakdown and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8AM-6PM shifts)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Local Virginia Beach residency required
