Responsibilities
- Coordinate event setup, guest registration, and attendee flow during weekend events
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless execution of event operations
- Train and supervise 5-10 event staff members per shift
- Handle client communications and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Conduct post-event debriefs and submit detailed activity reports
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with venue managers for smooth transitions and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability for Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Valid DC Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work across multiple DC locations
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
