Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup/teardown for weekend events including vendor management and equipment logistics
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow during high-traffic weekend events
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures for outdoor festival environments
- Train and supervise 5-10 weekend staff members per assignment
- Collaborate with vendors and clients to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Maintain detailed event reports and post-weekend inventory checks
Qualifications
- Must have availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Previous event coordination or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for venue access
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse groups and vendors
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours during weekend events
- Basic POS system experience required
