Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and registration processes at weekend events
- Manage vendor coordination and supply distribution during setup/teardown
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and information booth support
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols in assigned zones
- Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot operational challenges
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Document incident reports and client feedback using mobile apps
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in dynamic environments
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-ins
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
- Must pass standard background check
- Team-oriented attitude with problem-solving mindset
