Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend festivals, markets, and events
- Manage vendor booths, product displays, and customer inquiries
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Process transactions using POS systems and maintain cash handling accuracy
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Adhere to safety protocols and venue-specific guidelines
- Document customer feedback and operational insights
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8-16 hours weekly)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Reliable transportation to various Baltimore locations
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
