Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide directional assistance and venue information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance at high-traffic areas
- Operate ticket scanning systems and point-of-sale equipment
- Assist with vendor coordination and backstage support as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries with professional problem-solving
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to Arlington venues
- No prior event experience necessary – training provided
