Responsibilities
- Manage guest entry and ticket scanning at event venues
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance
- Maintain safe crowd control and emergency protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event logistics
- Report operational issues and maintain venue cleanliness
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be 18+ and able to pass background check
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore geography a plus
