Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and event guides to attendees
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of designated event areas
- Assist with vendor setup and operational support as needed
- Provide friendly customer service and directional assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and report safety concerns to supervisors
- Support post-event breakdown and equipment recovery
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (no weekday commitments)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to various Fort Worth venues
