Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Manage guest check-ins and registration processes
- Assist with crowd control and guest inquiries
- Distribute promotional materials and event swag
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Report incidents or issues to lead staff
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass basic background check
- No experience required – training provided
