Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and registration processes
- Assist with event setup and teardown logistics
- Distribute promotional materials and event guides
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
- Coordinate with vendors and internal team members
- Report any facility or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Available exclusively Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to multiple venues
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must pass basic background check
