Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins, credential verification, and VIP access protocols
- Operate event equipment including audio systems, lighting rigs, and staging elements
- Enforce safety guidelines and emergency procedures during live events
- Coordinate with vendors, performers, and internal teams for seamless execution
- Execute crowd control measures and maintain venue cleanliness standards
- Document incident reports and provide post-event feedback to management
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 50lbs
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with crowd management preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability for last-minute event assignments
