Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and venue access control
- Assist with event setup and breakdown procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse clientele
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Monitor crowd flow and resolve minor disruptions
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Must be 21+ with valid government ID
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work across multiple Miami locations
