Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Direct attendees and maintain crowd flow
- Execute setup/teardown of event infrastructure
- Assist with vendor coordination and support
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences
- Collect and reconcile payment transactions
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays & Sundays
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for transport roles)
- Flexible availability for short-notice assignments
- Must pass background check
- 18+ years of age
