Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces including tables, chairs, and decor
- Manage guest registration and attendee check-in procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and directional assistance
- Execute event safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators for seamless operations
- Assist with audiovisual equipment troubleshooting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout event venues
Qualifications
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for venue transport)
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings/late nights
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in various weather conditions
