Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, equipment logistics, and breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are maintained
- Collaborate with security teams and event coordinators
- Handle cash transactions and merchandise sales when required
Qualifications
- Must be available to work all Saturdays and Sundays
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport (preferred)
- Must pass basic background check
- Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings
