Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at high-profile weekend events
- Manage venue operations including setup, registration, and breakdown
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless execution
- Ensure venue safety and compliance with event protocols
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Maintain pristine venue appearance throughout shift
- Assist with crowd management and guest inquiries
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if driving required)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
