Responsibilities
- Manage guest entry and ticket verification at high-volume events
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue guidance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and setup/breakdown
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago venues

- Ability to work in all weather conditions
