Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to attendees
- Maintain safety protocols and crowd control during events
- Operate basic event equipment (sound systems, lighting, etc.)
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
- Report operational issues to event supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Long Beach event locations
