Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and VIP seating arrangements
- Coordinate beverage service and food delivery
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control
- Operate point-of-sale systems for cashless transactions
- Collaborate with security teams during peak hours
- Maintain pristine venue appearance and sanitation standards
- Assist with emergency evacuation procedures when needed
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM - 11 PM)
- Valid Nevada gaming card or ability to obtain immediately
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours on hard surfaces
- Proficiency with mobile POS systems
- Clear verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
