Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, decoration, and booth management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with team during high-energy event transitions
- Collect and organize event materials post-event
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-ins
