Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning at entry points
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance
- Monitor venue safety and enforce crowd control protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including stages and signage
- Assist with emergency response procedures as needed
- Report operational issues to event coordinators in real-time
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous event/concert staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid Pennsylvania ID or driver's license
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to downtown Philadelphia venues
