Responsibilities
- Greet and assist attendees with a professional, welcoming demeanor to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Manage event logistics, including registration, check-in processes, and crowd control.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the event space.
- Collect and process feedback from guests to help improve future event quality.
- Perform inventory checks and restock supplies as needed to keep operations running efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
- Reliable transportation is required to reach various event locations across Chicago.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination is a plus but not mandatory.
