Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests at event entrances with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage ticketing, registration, and crowd control to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event booths, signage, and promotional materials.
- Answer attendee inquiries and provide accurate information about event schedules and locations.
- Monitor the event area for safety hazards and report issues to management immediately.
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure all operational standards are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and problem-solving.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
