Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns in downtown SF venues
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in processes
- Coordinate with vendors for catering, AV, and decor logistics
- Handle cash operations and payment processing with POS systems
- Resolve client inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Conduct post-event inventory and venue condition reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event or hospitality experience preferred
- Available every Saturday & Sunday (10 AM - 10 PM)
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Social Tables)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
