Responsibilities
- Execute event setups and teardowns for concerts, festivals, and corporate functions
- Manage guest registration and VIP coordination during weekend events
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and stakeholders
- Monitor event spaces for safety and compliance standards
- Document event activities and prepare post-event reports
- Train and supervise temporary staff during weekend activations
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 12 hours/week)
- Previous event coordination or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of event management software
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
