Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend event setups and teardowns across Tampa venues
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics for weekend activations
- Oversee guest registration and on-site experience management
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and event permits
- Train and supervise weekend event staff teams
- Resolve in-site issues with quick decision-making
- Document event outcomes and prepare post-weekend reports
Qualifications
- Proven weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM)
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for extended periods
