- Conduct post-event debriefs and maintain detailed activity logs
- Train and supervise part-time weekend support staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Advanced knowledge of venue management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Availability for flexible Saturday/Sunday shifts (4am-12pm or 12pm-10pm)
- Certification in First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
