Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site logistics for tech conferences and networking events
- Manage vendor relationships and setup/breakdown operations
- Lead registration teams and troubleshoot attendee issues
- Execute event flow protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with venue staff and security personnel
- Compile post-event analytics and improvement reports
- Maintain inventory of event materials and tech equipment
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm)
- Proficiency with event management software (Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with AV setup and troubleshooting preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly valued
