Responsibilities
- Execute flawless event setups/teardowns for festivals and activations
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory control
- Train and supervise 5-8 weekend staff per shift
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Submit real-time shift reports via mobile app
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Valid CA driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in venue navigation across LA
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
