Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site event logistics including setup, execution, and breakdown
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery
- Execute event timelines and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Train and supervise weekend support staff
- Conduct post-event evaluations and documentation
- Maintain inventory of event materials and equipment
- Uphold brand standards across all client interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability exclusively weekends (Saturday/Sunday 6am-10pm)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of Tucson venue landscape
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
