Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-ins at weekend events
- Coordinate venue setup, breakdown, and logistical operations
- Execute event timelines and troubleshoot real-time issues
- Train and supervise part-time support staff
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and brand standards
- Collect and report post-event feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Available exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (8am-10pm shifts)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with crowd management or customer service preferred
- 18+ years old and able to obtain event security clearance
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
