Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup/teardown for weekend events at iconic Virginia Beach venues
- Manage vendor relationships and on-site logistics for 50-500 attendee gatherings
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures during peak weekend hours
- Lead volunteer teams and temporary staff during high-traffic weekend operations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at oceanfront festivals and seasonal markets
- Track inventory and maintain equipment for weekend-exclusive activations
- Generate post-event reports with weekend-specific performance metrics
Qualifications
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous event coordination or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills for high-energy weekend environments
- Valid Virginia driver's license with reliable transportation
