Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup and teardown of event spaces including AV equipment and seating arrangements
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery
- Execute event timelines and troubleshoot logistical challenges
- Provide exceptional guest support and resolve attendee inquiries
- Conduct post-event reviews and compile detailed feedback reports
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in event coordination or hospitality
