Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for weekend events including setup, staffing, and breakdown
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance
- Oversee guest registration and on-site attendee experience
- Execute emergency protocols and safety procedures

- Train and supervise weekend support staff

Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
