Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of weekend events at Atlanta venues
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee event staff scheduling and on-site supervision
- Handle client communications and resolve operational issues
- Maintain event budgets and expense documentation
- Ensure compliance with venue safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event coordination or hospitality experience
- Available every Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in event management software (Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
