Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and venue operations during weekend events
- Coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain venue safety standards and emergency protocols
- Execute promotional activities and brand engagement initiatives
- Document event metrics and submit post-event reports
- Train and mentor new weekend team members as needed
Qualifications
- Available to work Friday-Sunday shifts (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Positive attitude with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods
- Nevada gaming license or willingness to obtain (training provided)
