Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend event setup, execution, and breakdown at downtown Seattle venues
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery
- Oversee guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain event timelines and troubleshoot on-site issues
- Collaborate with security and venue staff for safety compliance
- Compile post-event reports and feedback documentation
- Assist with weekend inventory management of event supplies
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality a plus
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and passion for Seattle's event scene
- Must pass background check and drug screening
