Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of weekend events
- Manage vendor relationships and on-site logistics
- Train and supervise weekend event staff teams
- Ensure client satisfaction through seamless execution
- Troubleshoot issues during live events
- Prepare post-event reports and client feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination experience
- Availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong vendor management skills
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
