Responsibilities
- Execute weekend brand activations at Baltimore landmarks (Inner Harbor, Camden Yards, Federal Hill)
- Coordinate vendor setups and teardowns while maintaining strict timelines
- Manage guest experiences through interactive stations and demonstrations
- Operate AV equipment and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
- Document event metrics through photo/video content and client reports
- Collaborate with security and venue staff for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous event coordination or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) with flexible daytime/night availability
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic technical proficiency with AV equipment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be physically able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
