- Coordinate weekend events at premium Florida venues (beaches, resorts, cultural sites)
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics for 50-200 guest events
- Create engaging event timelines and execute seamless day-of operations
- Lead on-site teams and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Handle client communications and resolve issues proactively
- Track event metrics and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Proven ability to manage weekend schedules and flexible hours
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent)
- Availability to work weekends and occasional holidays
