Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store standards by stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including counting drawers and securing the premises.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to achieve daily sales goals.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Dependable team player with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
