- Provide exceptional customer service through product assistance, checkout operations, and inventory management
- Maintain store presentation standards through visual merchandising and cleanliness protocols
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while adhering to security procedures
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend hours to ensure seamless operations
- Support inventory control through stock receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Participate in weekend team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
