- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- Participate in daily briefings and shift handovers with clear communication
Qualifications
- Availability to work exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Boston location
- Must be able to start immediately with daily pay processing
