Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, email, and live chat.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday support team to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and adhere to service level agreements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software, and network issues.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems.
