Role Overview:
In this role, you will be the first line of defense for our client base. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless user experience during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming support tickets and inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution and efficiency.
- Assist users with troubleshooting technical issues, software navigation, and account management.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the on-site weekday team to ensure seamless issue escalation and follow-up.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate guidance and technical advice.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to the team lead.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations, internet navigation, and troubleshooting protocols.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
