Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve product and service issues efficiently.
- Manage Weekend Queues: Prioritize and handle incoming support tickets during peak weekend hours to ensure minimal wait times.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for our retail clients.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions into our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues.
- Product Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback regarding product performance and service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service experience in a retail or technical support environment is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
