Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Resolve complex account issues and escalate tickets to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity across all channels.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions focused on quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to help refine our service processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business or Communications preferred.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
